On the February 11, 2004 episode of The Montel Williams Show, well known psychic Sylvia Browne states that Patricia Viola left her home voluntarily but took a seizure due to her epilepsy leaving her with severe amnesia. She mentions two grocery trucking companies, Albertsons and Safeway. (These are huge retail companies with stores mostly in the Western and Southern portions of the country but they do have some stores on the East coast). Sylvia indicated that Patricia may have been picked up by one of these trucks. (We live about 4 blocks from Interstate 80, so the Viola family is looking in this area and is pursuing Fund-Raising efforts to install a Billboard directly on this Interstate.)
Sylvia also states that search efforts should be focused in Akron, Ohio. (The Viola family is following up actively on what Sylvia said and now a private investigator is assisting them.)
